Signing in to the Control Panel Using 2FA

Here we will look at the procedure for logging into a Servermall Cloud account using two-factor authentication (2FA).

Prerequisites

1. You must have a registered Servermall Cloud account. You can read about how to register an account in the instructions: “Creating an Account”.
   
2. Your account must have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. You can read how to enable two-factor authentication on the account in the instructions: “Enabling  2FA on Your Account”.
   
3. You must have one of the two-factor authentication applications installed on your mobile phone:
   – Google Authenticator (Download: Android / Apple).
   – Duo Mobile (Download: Android / Apple).

Signing in with 2FA

1. Go to the website cloud.servermall.com.
   
2. Click the “Sign in/up” button located in the top right corner.
   

   

   
   
   The”Sign In” window will open.
   
   
3. There are two ways to sign in: using a Google account or by entering email and password:
   
   1. Sign in with a Google Account
      
      1. Sign in to the Google account that you will use for authentication, if you have not done this yet.
         
      2. Click the “G” button.

      3. Select in the list the Google account that is linked to the Servermall Cloud account.

   2. Sign in using email and password
      
      1. Enter your email address in the “E-mail” field.
         
      2. Enter the password in the “Password” field.
         To show or hide the characters of the entered password, click the eye icon located to the right of the “Password” field.
         
      3. Select the checkbox “By signing up or signing in you agree to the Privacy Policy”, confirming your consent to the Servermall Cloud privacy policy. You can read the document via the “privacy policy” link. Consent to the policy is a mandatory condition for using Servermall Cloud services.
         
      4. Click the “Sign in” button.

4. On your mobile device, open the two-factor authentication (2FA) application that you used when configuring protection for the Servermall Cloud account — Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile.

5. Depending on the two-factor authentication application you use, choose the method for obtaining the authentication code:
   
   1. Obtaining an Authentication Code via Google Authenticator
      Remember or write down the authentication code and return to the Servermall Cloud website.
      

      

      
      
   2. Obtaining an Authentication Code via Duo Mobile
      1. In the row with the Servermall Cloud account, click the “Show” button.
         

         

         
         
      2. Remember or write down the authentication code and return to the Servermall Cloud website.
         

         

         
         
6. Enter the authentication code you obtained in the previous step from the authentication program into the field of the “Log in using your authenticator app” window on the Servermall Cloud website.
   
7. Click the “Continue” button.
   

   

   
   
   You will be signed in on the Servermall Cloud website.
   
   If you enter the wrong authentication code several times, you will be blocked out for a while.
   
8. Click the “Account” button located in the top right corner of the page. A dropdown menu with actions available for your account will appear.
   
9. Select the “Control Panel” option from the dropdown menu.
   

   

   
   
   You will be redirected to the Servermall Cloud Control Panel.
